Who are we?

Janel Page

Clockwork Properties, LLC is owned locally by Janel Page and Virgil Dean Payne, Jr. They live in Keizer and have one daughter. Janel grew up in Turner, and Virgil grew up in nearby Aumsville. They attended Cascade High School in Turner together (go Cougars!).

Janel and Virgil moved to the Salem / Keizer area as adults, and began buying properties in 2008. In their free time, Janel and Virgil enjoy camping, dinner with friends, and most importantly, spending time with their daughter. 🙂
